Our ALL METAL Furniture is custom made to your order. Each table is modular and can have the ability to be (1) totally open , (2) have locked drawers, (3) have pull-out compartments or (4) fitted for shelves and sliding doors. Please allow up 45-60 days for delivery.
Non-custom products arrive within three weeks based on availability. For delivery of wood/laminate furniture products, please allow 30-45 days for delivery.

We ship to the Continental U.S. The delivery site must be accessible for a 53' truck for non-UPS size shipments. It also is more cost effective if you have a raised loading dock. Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and international customers are welcome to contact us for a freight quotation. APO/FPO orders subject to acceptance and USPS weight/size limits.
Items identified as "truck shipments" include loading dock / tailgate delivery only and address must be accessible to a full-size semi trailer. Freight companies are not required to transport freight off their trucks and into buildings or homes. Inside delivery, residential delivery, island delivery, re-delivery, storage charges for shipments that a customer is not ready to accept, etc. are extra for truck shipments. Please contact us for a quotation. UPS, FedEx, and freight companies do not deliver on weekends or evenings. Residential customers: You must be home to sign for truck shipments. Some UPS/FedEx shipments are partially disassembled to reach carrier carton size limits.
We will not accept returns or cancellations due to delays in delivery by transportation companies. Although we use the largest and most well-known carriers, we are not responsible for delays in transit, freight company employee conduct, missed delivery appointments or damages to the customer's premises. Cancellations after shipment are not accepted. Please be sure to note any damage or shortage on the delivery receipt before signing for a shipment. Remember, title of goods passes to the purchaser when a shipment is accepted for transportation by the carrier. When you sign for a shipment, you are indicating that all cartons shown on the receipt are present and in good condition. If this is not true, be sure to note the discrepancy and have the driver initial it. For large items or items shipped assembled, open all cartons immediately while the driver is present. Do not discard the cartons until you know the contents are in good condition. Please report the damage to us immediately., the customer may not refuse to pay return freight charges. Merchandise ordered for resale not returnable. Our furniture is custom and are not returnable. Credit card orders with a shipping address different from the billing address are subject to verification and approval.
Sales tax will be applicable to your state laws. Prices do not include applicable duties, taxes, customs brokerage, etc. for international customers.
